Welcome to Bistecca Italian Steakhouse +  Wine Bar. Bistecca (pronounced BEESTECCA, meaning "steak" in Italian) is truly in a class of its own. Located in the heart of Century Park on Edmonton's South Side, Bistecca is the Italian take on the original Steakhouse.

 

Bistecca's menu is inspired by Sorrentino's Restaurant Group Corporate Executive Chef Sonny Sung and is a combination of savoury assaggini, antipasti, divine pasta and succulent entrées containing only the finest cuts, beautifully aged to perfection. Bistecca proudly serves locally grown and authentically Italian products.

 

Bistecca's wine list has been meticulously crafted to contain only the finest wines from Italy, Canada, USA and other countries with some of the most renowned Barolo, Amarone and Brunello - there is a pairing for any dish!

 

The Wine Bar has a very inviting, casual-elegant and relaxed atmosphere. The menu is a combination of assaggini or "little tastes" as well as pizzette, a favourite Emilia-Romagna flatbread-type snack baked fresh in our "forno." Carne, our  Burger Trio, contains chicken with caramelized onion, Kobe Beef with truffle oil and Alberta Spring Creek Beef Short Rib.
